We all have those sleep in mornings where we keep saying just 5 more minutes... 30 minutes later, you jump out of bed and realized that you only have 10 more minutes to get out of the house. This is a 5 to 8 minute makeup with products that is quick to use and you don't have to worry about correcting mistakes.
Color correcting is the a huge hit this year, every beauty company is coming out with some kind of color correcting products. I had try a few correcting conceals and primers, but this YSL CC primer in Lavender is the one i love the most. It evens out my skin tone and along with the Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua foundation in B10, it makes a quick application and even skin tone. I use the YSL touche éclat radiant touch in 1.5 as a brighter and under eye concealer. Also, Estee Lauder Double wear in 1W light is a cream conceal that i can dab on some dark spots with my fingers. A bit of La Mer the powder can easily set the makeup in a fast mood. I use my finger with the Estee Lauder Pure color envy 30 nude dare on my eye lids and a bit of Mac Teddy eyeliner on the lash line. I have been using the Marc jacobs 10 velvet noir lately and it works ok. I usually don't curl my eyelashes, so i need a mascara that give a better curl. This is a pretty good mascara but i feel like it didn't give my lash a curl that i wanted. A bit of Anastasia Beverly Hills Tinted brow gel chocolate to set my brows and the Tom Ford cheek color 02 Frantic pink is a great blush that adds a little highlighter effect on the cheeks. lastly, Guerlain Gloss D'enfer in 472 candy hop is like a lip balm that adds some color.
This seem like it takes a lot of time, but these products are easy to use and its hard to go overboard. A bit of practice then you can get out of the door in 5 minutes and more importantly, you feel confident and beautiful to conquer the world.
